National Team Highlights
  • Primarily a left back for the National Team, her career was cut short by knee problems.
  • Member of the 2004 Olympic residency program.
  • Had arthroscopic surgery at the end of 2003.
  • Battled knee problems throughout 2003 but made the Women's World Cup team and saw her only action against North Korea.
  • Named to the 2002 CONCACAF Women's Gold Cup team, but opted to have minor knee surgery for an articular cartilage defect and missed the tournament.

    Professional Highlights
  • Started 12 of the 18 matches she played for the Carolina Courage while battling knee problems in 2003. Had two goals and one assist.
  • As a rookie, helped the Courage to the 2002 WUSA title, playing in 18 games and scoring four goals. Named All-WUSA First-Team and the WUSA Defender of the Year. Voted a starter on the WUSA South All-Star Team.
  • The number one pick in the 2002 WUSA Draft by the Carolina Courage.

    Collegiate Highlights
  • Played at Santa Clara from 1998-2001 and won an NCAA title in 2001.
  • She co-captained the team as a senior in 2001 and led the Broncos to their first NCAA championship. Named the Defensive MVP of the 2001 College Cup. Was a First-Team NSCAA All-American and a finalist for the Hermann Trophy and M.A.C. Award.
  • Missed eight games in 2000 while participating in the 2000 Olympics. Played in 16 games as a junior, scoring one goal and earning First-Team NSCAA All-American honors. Was a M.A.C. Award finalist.
  • As a sophomore, she scored four goals with 14 assists helping Santa Clara to an undefeated regular season and a berth to the Final Four. Her 14 assists is the second-highest single-season total by a defender in Bronco history. Named First-Team NSCAA All-American.
  • The WCC Freshman of the Year in 1998 and a Third-Team NSCAA All-American, she played in 23 matches with 19 starts while scoring one goal with nine assists.
