Youth National Team Highlights
Despite being a defender, scored three important goals during her Youth National Team career: the game-winner in the qualifying game that sent the U.S. to the 2002 FIFA U-19 Women's World Championship, the clinching goal in the semifinal of that world championship against Germany and a goal at the 2001 Nordic Cup that sent the U-21s to the title game.
Started all six matches as the U.S. captured the 2002 FIFA U-19 Women's World Championship.
Played every minute of the 2005 Nordic Cup helping the U-21s to the title.
A member of the 2004 and 2001 U-21 teams that won the Nordic Cup.
Named the MVP of Group B at the 2002 U-19 CONCACAF Qualifying Tournament.
Collegiate Highlights
Played at UCLA from 2002-2005 and went to the College Cup from 2003-2005.
As a senior in 2005, led a stingy Bruin defense that allowed just 12 goals in 26 games and posted a school record 18 shutouts. She also scored three goals and six assists. She was named a First-Team NSCAA All-American and First-Team All-Pac 10.
In 2004 as a junior, she played in all 25 games, scored three goals and two assists and was named a Second-Team NSCAA All-American and First-Team All-Pac 10.
After missing the first six games of her sophomore season due to a knee injury, she played in 19 games in 2003, starting 18, socred one goal with three assists and was named Second-Team All-Pac 10.
As a freshman in 2002, she scored three goals with four assists before tearing her right PCL in the second round of the NCAA tournament.
Named the 2001 Gatorade National High School Player of the Year and the 2001 Parade Magazine Player of the Year.
