Earned MVP honors at the 1985 NCAA Final Four as she scored the game-winner and assisted the insurance goal in George Mason's 2-0 victory over UNC in the title game.

Formerly Pam Baughman, she is married to Glenn Cornell. They have two sons, Nick and Brian.
She coaches for Southwestern Youth Association and in the Virginia ODP system. She was inducted into the Virginia-DC Soccer Hall of Fame in 2001.
